A healthier pancake recipe that is delicious and may have some health benefits. Cinnamon has been touted to be a blood sugar regulator and research shows that ghee is able to. Ghee is said to lower LDL levels, lubricates joints and helps expel cancer cells.
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • sea salt to taste
  • Ghee
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Pour batter into a pan with melted ghee over medium heat. Cook until small bubbles form and then flip.
  3. Serve with honey
